Section 20:04:32:31 - Pari-mutuel ticket

Each pari-mutuel ticket issued must have printed on it:

(1) The name of the racetrack or association;

(2) The number of the race;

(3) The unique computer-generated ticket number;

(4) The date the ticket was issued;

(5) The date of the race for which the ticket was issued;

(6) The number of the ticket-issuing machine;

(7) The type of pool;

(8) The number of each entry on which the wager was placed; and

(9) The dollar amount of the wager.
