Section 20:04:32:04 - License fees and renewals

The commission shall charge the following license renewal fee:

(1) Satellite provider license. The license fee is $10 for the initial performance of horse racing and $10 for the initial performance of dog racing per day;

(2) Satellite facility license. The license is renewable January 1 of each year;

(3) Pari-mutuel clerk license. The license fee is $10 and is renewable annually on January 1 of each year for $5.

An additional fee may be required to conduct the background investigation of a satellite provider or facility. If the commission or executive secretary determines that an additional fee is needed to continue or complete the investigation of an applicant, the processing of the application must cease; and the commission or executive secretary must inform the applicant of the additional fee required. As soon as the applicant has furnished the additional fee, the processing must continue.
