Section 20:04:30:86 - Distribution in quinella wagering

In stake, handicap, and quarter horse races, quinella wagering will be permitted on an entry. If an entry finishes first and second, the net quinella pool shall be distributed to holders of tickets selecting the entry to win combined with the horse finishing third.
