Section 20:04:30:49 - Calculating the payoff in dead heat for second

In the case of a dead heat for second in the place pool, the winner of the race shall receive its half share of the profits in that pool; and each of the two horses that dead heat for second shall receive one-half of the remaining half of the profits.
