Section 20:04:30:47 - Emergency power of the manager of the pari-mutuel department

If an emergency arises in connection with the operation of pari-mutuel department which is not covered by these rules and an immediate decision is necessary, the manager of the pari-mutuel department shall make the decision and report the situation and its disposition to the commission in detail at once.
