Section 20:04:28:40 - Penalty for refusing to testify

A license holder of the commission who refuses to testify before the stewards at a hearing on a matter within the authority of the stewards may be suspended by the stewards or excluded from the whole or any part of the premises of the licensee conducting the meeting, or both, and his case referred to the commission.
