Section 20:04:26:04 - Restriction on claims by a trainer

No trainer, even though he is an owner and qualified under the rules to claim, may submit a claim out of the same race in which the owner of horses trained by him has submitted a claim. If such an act inadvertently occurs, the claim made by the trainer shall be declared void.
