Section 20:04:25:07 - Winnings in a walkover

In a walkover, except in claiming races, one-half of the money offered to the winner shall be paid. The remaining one-half shall be retained by the association. If a walkover is the result of arrangement by owners of horses engaged, no portion of the money or any other prize may be given.
