Section 20:04:24:27 - Distinguishability of stable names required

A stable name shall be plainly distinguishable from that of another name registered as a stable name. When appearing on the program, the stable name shall be accompanied by the legal name of the owner. If the stable name has more than one owner, one legal name of an owner shall appear followed by the term "et al."
