Section 20:04:22:69 - License for jockey attendants required

The association shall provide the only attendants who may assist jockeys in weighing out or at any other time while the jockeys are performing their duties. The jockey attendants must be approved by the state steward and must be licensed. Jockey attendants must be at least 14 years of age.
