Section 20:04:22:47 - Permission required for a jockey agent to exceed his license

If, for good reason, a jockey agent is short of his permissible quota of jockeys and wishes to take on the task of making engagements for a rider not named in his license, he shall obtain permission from the stewards before making such engagements.
