Section 20:04:22:09 - Temporary license of a jockey

Upon the advice of the stewards, the commission may issue a temporary license to a person who has never ridden in a race which will allow him to ride in two races. If approved by the stewards, the commission may issue a permanent license to replace the temporary license.
