Section 20:04:21:05 - Owner's, trainer's, or licensee's penalty for soliciting bets

If an owner, trainer, stable employee, another licensee of the commission, or any other person solicits bets to be made on horses by correspondence or any other method, the person or licensee shall be ruled off the course and denied admission to any racetrack in South Dakota.
