Section 20:04:20:08 - Duties of the bookkeeper

Each association shall have a bookkeeper, approved by the commission, who shall maintain books which reflect the deposits or other credits and withdrawals or other charges that may be made by an owner or other licensee. The bookkeeper shall have an office at the track. The office shall be open on each racing day, during the hours specified by the racing secretary. He shall furnish the reports and information required by the commission or its representative.
