Section 20:04:15:98 - Penalties for pari-mutuel rules violations

The violators of any rule or regulation as set forth by the commission whether it be the association, association employee, official, or patron shall be subject to ejection from the grounds or fine, or both, and the revocation of any license issued by the commission.
