Section 20:04:13:41 - Delay, omissions, or false information on license applications

Refusal to provide timely information upon request of the commission, providing of false information to the commission, or any omission or misrepresentation on a license application is sufficient cause for the refusal, suspension, or revocation of a license by the commission.
