Section 2:01:08:05 - Transfer of certification credits not allowed

If a person certified as a reserve law enforcement officer desires to be certified as a law enforcement officer all the requirements of certification as a law enforcement officer must be met. No credit will be available for prior service or training as a reserve officer.
