Section 2:01:05:07 - Request for explanation of the adoption of a rule

A person who desires a statement from the commission of its reasons for adoption of a rule under SDCL 1-26-7.1 shall file a written request with the executive secretary describing any objections he might have. The statement shall be issued at the next regular meeting of the commission if requested no later than 30 days after adoption of the rules.
