Section 2:01:05:05 - Executive secretary shall make a record of public comment for commission

The executive secretary shall keep accurate minutes of the oral testimony given at the public hearing, send copies of such minutes to the persons who submitted oral and written comments, and send copies of such minutes to the commission along with any written comments which are submitted.
