Section 2:01:02:04.02 - Notice of discontinuance of employment of law enforcement officer

A law enforcement agency shall submit a completed law enforcement training resignation or termination form to the commission within ten days after a law enforcement officer ceases employment for any reason with that law enforcement agency.
