Section 17:60:10:02 - Consideration by board

The board may consider the objections of the inmate, the inmate's record, release plan, or release conditions, and may also consider any information provided by the executive director of the Board of Pardons and Paroles, the Department of Corrections, or a warden of a state penitentiary.
