Section 17:60:05:17.01 - Notification of receipt of application - Schedule appearance for hearing panel

Upon receipt of a completed application for executive clemency and a background check, the executive director shall notify the applicant of the scheduled date and time that the applicant shall appear in front of the hearing panel for initial review and consideration.
