Section 17:60:05:10 - Denial of application final - Reconsideration prohibited

If an application for clemency is denied by the board, the proceeding is terminated. The board may not reconsider or rehear that particular application. The board may not consider a new application for clemency from that applicant for a period of one-year following the denial of an application.
