After the application for executive clemency is filed with the executive director, the executive director shall notify the state's attorney who prosecuted the applicant or the successor in office, the judge who presided at the trial, the Attorney General, and the sheriff or local law enforcement agency in the county where the offense was committed. The notice shall contain the applicant's name, crime, sentence, and date of the hearing and shall be completed and sent at least thirty days prior to the hearing.
