Section 17:60:01:06 - Hearings - Representation

Verbal arguments and petitions before the board favoring or opposing an application for parole or an application for executive clemency by persons not officially connected with the South Dakota state penitentiary will be considered. Written statements which may have a bearing on the case will be accepted.
