Section 17:50:13:08 - Minimum initial parole date of 60 days

If a sentence for a crime committed on or after July 1, 1996, including the application of any jail time credit, would result in an initial parole date of less than 60 days from the date the inmate is received, the initial parole date shall be set 60 days from the date the inmate is received.
