Section 12:81:08:03 - Cleanliness of milker

The milker's outer clothing shall be clean and his hands clean and dry. No person with an infected cut or open sores on his hands or arms shall milk cows, goats, sheep or other hooved mammals or handle milk, milk containers, utensils, or equipment.
