Section 12:80:05:06 - Mail balloting

The election shall be by mail ballots. The council shall make ballots for the annual election available to all growers. The council shall also provide a voter instruction sheet, a ballot envelope, and a return envelope, all of which may be requested in person, by mail, or by telephone.
