Section 12:80:05:01 - Nomination of council member

The nomination for council members must be on a form provided by the council. Nomination petitions must be filed with the council not later than 5:00 PM on the third Friday of January. If a petition is mailed to the council office by registered mail by 5:00 PM on the filing date it is considered filed.
