Section 12:79:08:09 - Other remedies available

The commencement of suspension or termination proceedings under this chapter does not preclude the secretary from pursuing other or different remedies, including the commencement of a civil proceeding in the circuit court for injunctive or other relief or the referral of the matter for criminal prosecution.
