Section 12:68:16:02 - Certificates of veterinary inspection

Horses imported into South Dakota for the purposes of sale, change of ownership, breeding, or stays longer than 90 days must be accompanied by a certificate of veterinary inspection issued by an accredited veterinarian within the 30 days prior to the date of importation.
