Section 12:56:05:04.06 - Additional standards for certification in aquatic pest control

In addition to meeting general core standards in § 12:56:05:04 and/or § 12:56:05:04.17 applicators must demonstrate practical knowledge of the characteristics of various aquatic use situations, the potential for adverse effects on non-target plants, fish, birds, beneficial insects, and other organisms in the immediate aquatic environment and downstream, and the principles of limited area application.
