Section 12:41:05.01:04 - Interior walls, ceilings, and floors

The interior walls, ceilings, and floors of the honey house shall be constructed of a washable material. Dirt floors are not permitted in any room where honey is handled, extracted, or bottled. Floor drains shall connect to a sewage system. Walls, ceilings, and floors shall be kept clean and in good repair.
