The test to determine the percentage of germination must be completed within the following periods exclusive of the calendar month in which the test was completed:
(1) Agriculture seed | 9 months |
(2) Lawn and turf seed | 15 months |
(3) Vegetable seed | 12 months |
(4) Flower seed | 12 months |
(5) Tree and shrub seed | 9 months |
(6) Seed in hermetically sealed containers | 36 months |
