Section 12:26:09:02 - Lot tolerances for weight classes of South Dakota consumer grades

A lot tolerance of 3.3 percent of individual eggs in the next lower weight class is permitted as long as no individual case within the lot exceeds five percent of eggs in the next lower weight class.
