Within 60 days after official funding approval by the board, the applicant must accept the approval, including any conditions required by the board, in writing or the approval is void. Within six months after written acceptance, the applicant must commence the project. The official funding approval must lay out the disbursement and repayment terms, if any, of the approved funding.
