Section 12:22:03:02 - Eligibility

Any natural person or entity whose project meets at least one of the following criteria may apply for VASF funding:

(1) The food, feed, and fiber products and uses of the project use South Dakota agriculture products and add to the value of agricultural products; or

(2) The project will directly or indirectly benefit South Dakota farmers and ranchers or agriculture-related processing businesses, including providing access to new markets.
