Section 12:22:02:09 - Action by VAFA on applications

Within 60 days after the VAFA receives a completed application, the VAFA shall either approve the application as submitted, approve the application with conditions, or disapprove the application. The VAFA may extend the time for consideration of an application for up to 50 additional days by advising the applicant of the extension in writing or by telephone.
