Section 12:10:02:23 - Grazing permit restrictions

If the holder of a South Dakota grazing permit moves livestock to locations other than those listed on the grazing permit, the livestock are subject to the ownership inspection laws of South Dakota. Grazing permits are valid for two calendar years.
