Section 12:07:16:01 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter mean:

(1) "Client," an individual farmer or rancher receiving agriculture finance counseling services;

(2) "Agriculture finance counselor," an individual hired on contract with the agriculture enterprise program, South Dakota Department of Agriculture, to provide assistance to farmers or ranchers requesting services.
