Section 12:03:05:17 - Grant contracts

After it approves a grant application, the commission shall enter a grant contract with the district. The contract shall be based on a work plan which provides a detailed list of work to be accomplished, budgets, and schedules for completion. The division shall provide staff assistance, as available, in contract preparation.
