Section 12:03:05:12 - Priority projects

The commission may dedicate a portion of the annual appropriation for the coordinated soil and water conservation fund to use on sharing costs of any project that is determined by the commission to be a priority. Any money dedicated for priority projects and not used remains in the grant fund pool.
