Section 12:02:18:03 - Policies and procedures for off season events

The department may adopt policies and procedures related to traffic; camping; advertising; admission; vending; health requirements for animal; stalling of livestock; maintenance of the grounds; and space rental on the fairgrounds during off-season events.
