Section 62-612 - Inquiries and AppealsA. Inquiries regarding residency requirements and determinations should be directed to the institutional residency official.B. Each institution will develop an appeals process to accommodate persons wishing to appeal residency determinations made by the institution's residency official. Each institutions appeal process should be directed by that institutions primary residency officer, in conjunction with those individuals who practice the application of State residency regulations on a daily basis. The professional judgment of the residency officer and administrators will constitute the institutional appeal process. Neither the primary residency official nor appellate official(s) may waive the provisions of the Statute or regulation governing residency for tuition and fee purposes.Added by State Register Volume 18, Issue No. 4, eff April 22, 1994.
