Section 61-91.2500.2513 - Elevators (II)

A. Elevators, if utilized, shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the current building code as listed in Section102.B, ANSI17.1, Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators, and NFPA 101, as applicable.

B. Elevators shall be inspected and tested upon installation, prior to first use, and annually thereafter by a certified elevator inspector.
