Section 61-119.Q.4 - General Fee Provisionsa. The Department will not issue new permits, modifications, revisions, or reissue a surface water withdrawal permit for a facility that is in default of fees due under this regulation.b. All returned checks will be subject to a returned check fee as outlined in the DHEC Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual. This penalty will be in addition to those outlined in item Q.3.d above.c. Failure to pay fees may result in the revocation of an existing permit.d.
