A. The appellant shall file the brief with proof of service with the Commission within ten days of the date of service of the Appellate Hearing notice.B. The Commission may file a responsive brief and proof of service on the Appellant within ten days of the service of the appellant's brief.C. The Appellant may file a reply brief with proof of service within ten days of service of the Commission's responsive brief, if any.
