Section 52-714 - Burden of ProofA. The Commission panel shall consider the evidence and testimony presented at the hearing and enter their decision with a statement of the findings of fact, conclusions of law and other matters pertinent to the questions at issue. The decision and order shall be filed with the record and copy served on the parties.B. The burden is on the Complainant to establish by the preponderance of evidence the facts required to find a violation of the Act.Added by State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 6, Part 2, eff June 27, 1997.
