Section 27-121 - Regulated ArticlesA. The imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta Buren) in any living stage of development.B. Soil separately or with other things.C. Plants with roots with soil attached.F. Used mechanized soil-moving equipment.G. Any other products, articles, or means of conveyance of any character whatsoever, not covered by the above, when it is determined by a quarantine officer of the Plant Pest Regulatory Service that they represent a hazard of spread of the imported fire ant and the person in possession thereof has been so notified.
