Section 12-608.20 - Requests For Services (Complaints)A. Description: Records the receipt of complaints/requests to the police department and the subsequent dispatch of the police officer to the incident location. Information includes complaint number, signal code or police code, location, received by (radio, phone, other), action taken, operator, zone, complaint officer, shift call taken and time.B.
